• New optional performed_by field added to blueprint deployments, identifying who performed a deployment — accepted on POST /v2/blueprint-manifest/blueprints and PUT /v2/blueprint-manifest/blueprints/{blueprint_id}, and returned by the blueprint list, read, create, update, and delete endpoints
