2026-08-26 Customer Portal API

  • Portals can now report whether the engagement center is switched on through a new optional engagement_center_enabled setting — accepted on POST /v2/portal/portal and returned wherever the portal configuration is read (GET /v2/portal/config, GET /v2/portal/configs, GET /v2/portal/public/config, and the org and public portal config endpoints in v2 and v3)
